Job summary

Altruist is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Client Development team in the United States. You’ll build a deep understanding of the Altruist platform and position its capabilities to financial advisors, using consultative selling to drive acquisition, retention, and expansion.

You’ll thrive on meeting quarterly and annual quotas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and capture advisor feedback to inform product and marketing priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B financial services or SaaS sales experience.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong consultative selling and product storytelling skills.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the Altruist platform features.
• Position capabilities to financial advisors through consultative selling.
• Meet quarterly and annual quota targets and support the sales team.
• Capture advisor feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing.
