Job summary

Zenus Bank International seeks a relationship management professional to support a portfolio of fintech Program Managers using our banking and payments infrastructure. You will be the primary contact, coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations, Payments, Product and Tech, and provide ongoing relationship services across account services, payments, FX, and platform capabilities.

Fluency in English is preferred; experience with private banking or high-net-worth clients is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in relationship management in financial services.
• Experience delivering personalized, responsive service and managing complex client needs.
• Familiarity with banking operations, domestic and international payments, and foreign exchange.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship contact for Program Managers, understanding their business models and banking needs.
• Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations, Payments, Product, and Technology teams.
• Provide ongoing relationship support across account services, payments, FX, and platform capabilities.
• Track service requests, resolve issues, and coordinate escalations.
• Conduct regular relationship reviews to discuss performance and growth opportunities.
• Help Program Managers understand documentation requirements and procedures.
• Coordinate compliance information requests and periodic reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships through approved products and services.
• Maintain CRM records, action plans, and follow-ups.
• Communicate partner feedback to improve service delivery.
