Responsibilities

• Develops and executes program strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes.
• Identifies potential risks and dependencies within programs and develops mitigation strategies to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Implements systems to establish and monitor quality standards to ensure deliverables meet requirements and expectations.
• Identifies and engages key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and addressed throughout the program lifecycle.
• Checks program performance against KPIs while reporting progress to stakeholders regularly.
