FIS is seeking a Vice President, Head of Program Management & Strategic Initiatives in the U.S. for Jacksonville. You will lead the enterprise Technology PMO, drive cross-functional modernization, cloud and AI initiatives, and oversee multi-year transformation programs at scale.

The role partners with the CTO/CIO and executive leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes, optimize portfolio performance, and build a high-performing, globally distributed PMO team.

Qualifications

Experience advising C-suite leaders and boards.
Proven track record leading multi-year, multi-region transformations.
Deep experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated tech.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into executable programs with measurable outcomes.
Lead the Technology PMO across cross-functional initiatives.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and KPIs at program level.
Develop and mentor a global team of program directors and PMO staff.
Partner with CTO/CIO and finance on capital plans and ROI.
