Job summary

Choice Digital is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of clients, focusing on health, retention, and growth from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will lead onboarding, coordinate across teams, monitor client success, and drive renewals while identifying opportunities for additional products and services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management or equivalent client-facing role.
• Proven retention and expansion outcomes including renewals, upsells, or cross-sells.
• Experience onboarding or implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable leading client calls.
• Consultative, relationship-driven sales approach.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Support, Product, and Sales.
• Comfort working with data to spot trends and build a business case.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new clients end to end, from signed agreement through first successful disbursements.
• Build onboarding plans with milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Coordinate across Payment Operations, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support.
• Lead client onboarding calls, training sessions, and go-live readiness reviews.
• Monitor client health indicators and surface risks early.
• Run regular check-ins and business reviews to show value and upsell opportunities.
• Drive on-time renewals and protect revenue; escalate complex issues when needed.
