Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Associate in the Strategic Financing Solutions team to contribute to the full cycle of transactional execution, including marketing pitches, financial analysis, and client presentations. You will support senior members across product areas in originating and structuring corporate financing transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a markets related transactional role, prior work experience in an investment banking front office role, or related role.
• Strong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Quick learner and desire to learn about products across asset classes and industries.
• Team player with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance.
• Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of and analyze transaction structures across asset classes including Digital Infrastructure ABS, Bespoke Loans, and Whole Business Securitizations.
• Analyze corporate financing needs and assets to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare materials for client calls and meetings, including presentations on new products and market updates.
• Facilitate client business by responding to inquiries and pitching new ideas.
• Coordinate among sales, trading, Banking, Risk, legal and other involved parties to execute transactions.
• Work with rating agencies, lawyers, and internal controls to execute transactions.
• Develop new products and platforms to deepen the bank’s credit and loan financing offerings.
• Track industry and market developments regarding product offerings.
