Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Development Manager II in Dallas to lead the development and execution of a financial wellness program for business clients. You will work directly with clients to align health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access and other offerings, while collaborating with client services teams to grow the book of business.

Responsibilities

• Focuses on acquiring new clients across financial wellness solutions; grow sales, revenue and market share with defined goals.
• Manages origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of non-credit products and services.
• Mitigates risks including regulatory, reputational, and operational risks while expanding client relationships.
• Builds a strong network of internal/external relationships to bring the full bank offering to the client.
• Leverages reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities and expand the book of business.
