Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial industry experience and ability to support software solution sales in complex client environments.
• University degree, preferably IT/Engineering or related field.
• Working understanding of SQL databases, programming or scripting languages, and web protocols (HTTP, XML, JSON).
• Previous pre-sales experience with software or technical products is highly valued.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial markets, buy/sell side, and wealth management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding objectives, workflows, challenges, and requirements.
• Capture and document workflows, business processes, and data needs to identify consulting opportunities.
• Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
• Lead onboarding engagements to ensure successful adoption of purchased solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to support opportunities and drive consulting revenue.
• Coordinate with Product, Content, Customer Success, Sales, and others to align expectations and delivery.
