Bank of America is hiring a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners, meet with clients to review goals, and build financial plans with brokerage products.

Role involves licensing requirements (Series 7/66) and SAFE Act compliance, with potential for mortgage loan origination aspects.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required; 63/65 acceptable with plan to complete missing series within 60 days
• Minimum 1 year experience in investments and financial services
• Experience in sales environment with goals met/exceeded
• Able to set and achieve goals, build relationships and work in a fast-paced environment
• Regulatory due diligence and SAFE Act compliance awareness

Responsabilités

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned to client goals
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers by asset thresholds
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals and center clientele
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services
