Qualifications

• Current hold of Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66) or willingness to obtain missing series within 60 days.
• At least one year of experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least one year of experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships and collaborate with others.
• Strong time management and regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term client strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plans clients' short- and long-term financial goals by creating a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Manages risk and maintains compliance in daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or existing client base.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product opportunities.
