Job summary

Bank of America in Maryland is hiring a Financial Services Advisor to help clients achieve their financial goals through tailored planning, brokerage products, and referrals to partners.

Role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, at least one year in investments or financial services, and ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; base compensation ranges $70k-$80k with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63 and 65 in lieu)
• Minimum 1 year in investments industry with product knowledge
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with goals met
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing clients
• Coach and provide feedback to referral partners based on client needs
