Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in investments industry and financial services or sales with goals met
• Strong relationship-building, communication skills, and ability to work with diverse clients
• Ability to manage time, navigate complexity, and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to obtain additional designations such as CFP/CRPC and other licenses if applicable

Responsibilities

• Triages client leads and referrals to appropriate internal partners
• Meets with clients to review financial goals and build a financial plan
• Recommends brokerage products and investment strategies
• Provides coaching to referral partners based on client needs
• Maintains regulatory due diligence and adheres to compliance requirements
