Qualificações

• Current Series 7 and 66 licenses; if 66 missing but 63/65 held, offer contingent on passing missing series within 60 days.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry with investment training.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.

• Communicates effectively and confidently with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Plan clients' short and long-term goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
