Job summary

Bank of America is hiring a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive advice and tailored solutions. You will triage leads, refer to partners based on client needs, meet to review financial goals, and build plans with brokerage products.

You may handle residential mortgage loans and must comply with SAFE Act requirements. The role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, at least 1 year in investments, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63/65 in lieu of 66)
• At least 1 year in investments industry with product knowledge
• At least 1 year in financial services or sales with goals
• Ability to set and achieve goals and build relationships
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays
• Knowledge of regulatory due diligence for clients and strategies

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals with brokerage products
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers
• Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
• Identify potential new clients via referrals or existing clientele
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and services
