Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if not, offer may be extended with passing score within 60 days.
• Has at least one year experience in the investments industry and knowledge of investment products.
• Has at least one year experience in financial services and/or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, etc.).
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on client needs and assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential services.
