Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent)
• 1+ year in investments and financial services
• Sales experience with meeting/exceeding goals
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time
• Regulatory due diligence and SAFE Act awareness

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products and banking solutions
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele
• Coach and provide feedback to referral partners about client needs and product services
