Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required; 63/65 in lieu of 66 acceptable with passing score within 60 days.
• At least 1 year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and knowledge of products/services.
• At least 1 year experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met/exceeded.
• Strong ability to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate confidently with clients.
• Commitment to regulatory due diligence and compliance in daily activities and long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product services.
