Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a financial services professional to deliver comprehensive advice and tailored solutions to clients. You will triage leads, develop financial plans with brokerage products, and refer to internal partners based on client needs and assets, while completing necessary licenses.

Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63/65 in lieu)
• Minimum 1 year in investments industry with knowledge of investment products/services
• Minimum 1 year in financial services and/or sales environment
• Sets and accomplishes goals; builds and nurtures relationships
• Communicates effectively and confidently with clients
• Must work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Builds financial plans with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, etc.)
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and routes to appropriate internal partners
• Mitigates and controls risk in daily activities
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or banking center clientele
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs
