Qualifications

• Holder of Series 7 & 66 licenses; 63/65 may substitute for 66 with passing within 60 days.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the investments industry.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in financial services or sales with quota attainment.
• Ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, collaborate, and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Plan short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers by asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
