Job summary

Bank of America in the United States seeks a client-focused financial professional to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. You will triage client leads, refer to partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meet with clients to review goals and recommend products.

You will pursue required licenses and training, and may handle residential mortgage loan activity under SAFE Act rules.

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
• Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
• Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex environment
• Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
• Currently holds FINRA SIE (desirable)
• Bachelor's degree and/or 1 year of financial services industry or sales experience (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Plans client financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products and banking solutions
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on client needs and assets
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or center clientele
