Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the investments industry with product knowledge.
• 1+ year in financial services or a sales environment with goals.
• Ability to set and meet goals and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborates effectively and communicates confidently with clients.
• Maintains regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term strategies.
• Adapts to fast-paced environment and manages time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals including brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligning with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers by thresholds.
• Mitigate and manage risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Coach and provide feedback to referral partners about client needs and solutions.
