Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them reach their financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to business partners, meet with clients, build plans, and recommend brokerage products.

Required Series 7/66 (or 63/65), at least 1 year in investments and sales, strong relationship-building, communication skills, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays in an in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry
• Minimum of one year of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products
• Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended
