• Has at least one year experience in financial services and/or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Sets and accomplishes goals and builds strong relationships.
• Collaborates effectively with others and communicates confidently with clients.
• Manages goals, navigates complexity, and executes in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term client strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plans clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions).
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on client needs and assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies new clients through referrals or banking center interactions.
• Provides coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
