Job summary

You must complete required licenses and training, including SAFE Act registration for mortgage originations. This role emphasizes in-office collaboration with flexible, role-based adjustments to business needs, serving as a pivotal member of the client advisory team

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses; if missing 66 but has 63 or 65, must pass missing series within 60 days.
• At least one year of experience in the investments industry with product knowledge.
• Experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, and work with others.
• Clear communication and comfort engaging with clients; strong time management.
• Regulatory due diligence integrated into daily activities and long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers by assets.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners on client needs and services.
