Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience.
• At least 5 years of financial statement preparation and audit experience.
• Oracle Cloud experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage teams and drive process improvements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with executive management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of accountants responsible for monthly financial statements and detailed budget-to-actual variance analysis.
• Lead in-depth analysis of budget-to-actual variances to identify key drivers and leakage.
• Present monthly financial results and fluctuation explanations to executive leadership.
• Oversee quarterly cost allocation studies and present findings to leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Information Systems, HR, Travel Services, Sales, and Internal Audit.
• Support and lead special projects as assigned by management.
