You will oversee monthly financial statements, manage a team of accountants, and present results to executive leadership. A CPA and 5+ years of managerial and financial-statement experience are required, with Oracle Cloud experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience.
• ≥5 years of financial statement prep and audit experience.
• Oracle Cloud experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with process-improvement focus.
• Ability to interact confidently with executive management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of accountants for monthly statements and reconciliations.
• Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis and expense accruals.
• Present financial results and explanations to executives.
• Oversee quarterly cost allocation studies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IS, HR, Travel, Sales, and Internal Audit.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
