Auto Club Enterprises, the largest AAA club, seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to bridge accounting and business ops. You will oversee monthly financial statements, budget-to-actual variance analysis, expense accruals, and reconciliations, partnering with department leaders to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, a bachelor's in accounting or finance, 3-5 years in management, 5+ years in financial statement prep and audits, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience.
• 5+ years of financial statements prep and audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial statements, budget-to-actual variance analysis and reconciliations.
• Lead analyses identifying drivers, trends and leakage in operations.
• Present results and explanations to executive leadership.
• Oversee cost allocation studies and report findings to executives.
• Partner with Marketing, IS, HR, Travel, Sales, and Internal Audit.
