Job summary

The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at the House of Representatives in Washington, DC seeks a Financial Program Analyst in the Financial Counseling Department, Office of Finance, to support accounts payable operations and financial data analysis for the House community.

You will manage the consolidated billing program, work with federal agencies on G-invoicing, handle PO and non-PO payments, and provide analytical data to leadership to improve performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage consolidated billing program and coordinate modernization processes.
• Collaborate with Federal agencies to incorporate G-invoicing process.
• Support PO, non-PO referencing, maintenance and miscellaneous payments.
• Analyze financial data, processes, systems, policies, and regulations affecting accounts payable operations.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Review data, services, and/or deliverables for completeness and accuracy; verify information/data entered into financial systems/software.
• Perform data reconciliation efforts when needed and research/troubleshoot financial transactions.
