Job summary

The Architect of the Capitol is seeking a Business Financial Analyst for the Office of the Chief of Operations, Superintendent, Senate Office Buildings. You will serve as a principal financial advisor on budget effectiveness and administer budget components supporting SOB operations and construction activities.

You must meet OPM qualification standards for General Schedule positions and have specialized experience in budget analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience must be shown on resume for GS-11: 52 weeks at least in budget/financial roles.
• For GS-12: 52 weeks of specialized experience with broader scope.
• For GS-13: 52 weeks plus advanced budget execution and analytics requirements.
