The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial services, strong attention to detail, and proficient use of MS Office and Salesforce CRM to maintain client data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in a financial advisory, wealth management, investment management, retirement planning, or brokerage environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Support client service, portfolio management, and day-to-day operations.
• Prepare investment proposals, reports, and client meeting materials.
• Assist advisors with financial planning deliverables and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and planning systems.
• Collaborate with advisors and paraplanners to enhance efficiency and compliance.
