Job summary

You will work onsite with advisors to prepare proposals, manage workflows, and deliver clear client presentations. Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in the financial services industry.
• Experience in a financial advisory, wealth management, investment management, retirement planning, or brokerage environment.
• Working knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, and client service processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Investment & Portfolio Support: prepare preliminary portfolio recommendations and solutions.
• Financial Planning Support: create reports and analyses for client meetings.
• Client Service & Relationship Management: maintain proactive communication and resolve service requests.
• Reporting & Presentation: generate portfolio summaries and investment analyses.
• Team & Operational Support: collaborate with advisors and paraplanners to improve efficiency and compliance.
