Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial/operational analytics.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance metrics.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights to leadership.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced financial and operational analyses to support decision-making.
• Develop forecasts, financial models, and business cases for initiatives.
• Create dashboards and performance metrics to monitor KPIs.
