Amcor Limited is seeking a finance-focused professional to manage plant financial reporting and P&L across multiple Berry plants, collaborating with Plant Managers to improve profitability and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes SOX compliance, budgeting, and monthly forecasting, with travel as needed to various facilities. A strong background in manufacturing costing and ERP systems supports success in this position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory, and data processing.
• Prior experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations desired.
• Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley as related to manufacturing accounting.
• Ability to build/maintain excellent rapport with management staff at each facility.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage plant financial reporting and P&L responsibilities for multiple Berry plants.
• Work with Plant Manager & VP Operations to identify and measure profitability improvements.
• Drive improved financial performance by increasing sales and reducing costs.
• Ensure facilities are Sarbanes Oxley compliant.
• Manage annual budget process.
• Capitalize planning for plant maintenance and cost reduction projects.
• Understand and implement best practices.
• Complete monthly financial reporting requirements.
• Provide accurate monthly financial forecasts.
