Job summary

ROTZINGER Group is seeking a proactive and flexible individual for a controlling role that offers visibility across the organization. You will manage monthly closing activities, analyze variances, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Finance, fluency in German and English, and at least three years of relevant experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling or FP&A roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate monthly closing activities, including variance analysis versus budget.
• Partner with Project Managers to monitor project financials.
• Analyze industrial variances and provide insights to drive efficiency.
• Track and report key industrial KPIs.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
