Job summary

HelloFresh in Germany seeks a (Senior) Site Financial Controller to safeguard financial health of Factor EU operations. You will lead weekly and monthly reporting for warehousing and production, drive month-end closing and budgeting, and partner with site teams on inventory, staffing and cost optimization.

The role requires 3+ years in finance controlling, strong modeling skills, and fluency in English; German is a plus. Hybrid work with regular site visits in Verden or Berlin.

Qualifications

• University degree in STEM, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• 3+ years in an operations-finance controlling role.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Able to partner with operations with clear communication and organisation.
• Willing to travel regularly by train.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly financial reporting for F_EU warehousing and production operations.
• Manage month-end closing including accruals and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance and site Fulfillment teams to ensure quality inventory records.
• Lead quarterly and annual business planning for production sites.
• Perform long-term scenario analyses and forecasting for site operations.
• Act as finance business partner to F_EU leadership, site leadership and HR; support staffing decisions.
• Continuously improve processes behind F_EU reporting, budgeting and controlling.
