Job summary

Location: Eberhardzell, Germany; package includes €120,000–€160,000 plus bonus and equity, relocation support if needed.
Qualifications
- Accounting/finance degree and professional qualification (CPA/ACA/WP).
- Extensive accounting leadership in German and US GAAP environments.
- Experience with SOX controls and external audits.
- Experience with monthly, quarterly, yearly closes across entities.
- Strong cross-border collaboration and multilingual communication.
Responsibilities
- Establish scalable controllership and ensure financial reporting integrity.
- Harmonize acquired entity with global accounting policies.
- Lead a high-performing controllership team across regions.
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, SOX and local requirements.
