Qualifications

Mandatory cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex accounting issues to management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; ownership of strategic input.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a Controller/senior role.

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
Partner with leadership to prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
Consolidate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to stakeholders.
Maintain internal controls and safeguard assets; ensure data integrity.
