Qualifications

• 15+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 5+ in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, and inventory controls.
