Job summary

Arthur Grand Technologies Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Controller to oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and budget management.

You will partner with the leadership team to drive strategic fiscal decisions and maintain data integrity in a fast-growing environment. Required are a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, and CPA/CMA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years accounting experience with 3+ years in a Controller or senior role.
• CPA or CMA designation is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, SAP) and expert-level MS Excel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting to GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Partner with executives to prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Consolidate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Job Description

Location: Saint George, UT 84770 (All 5 days onsite)

Full Time - Permanent Opportunity

Interview Process: Two phone interviews, followed by one or two in-person interviews, minimum of three references that we check. Background check and pre-employment drug screen as also mandatory to the process.

Mandatory is cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex accounting issues to management/non-accountants.

Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ownership relies on this role for strategic input and direction

Nice-to-have includes benefits administration experience. Commercial insurance knowledge. H/R and legal oversight.

• Internal Controls: Maintain, monitor, and strengthen internal control structures to safeguard corporate assets and ensure absolute data integrity.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Audit & Tax Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax preparers, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required).
• Certification: CPA or CMA designation is highly preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or senior financial management role.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, SAP) and expert-level MS Excel skills.
• Leadership Style: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing accounting teams and presenting financial data to non-financial executives.
