Unknown Fort Worth-based specialty contractor is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations, strengthening reporting and job-cost visibility, and building scalable processes that support growth.

The role partners with the CFO, CEO, operations, and sales leadership; a major near-term priority is evaluating, selecting, and implementing a new ERP system to integrate accounting, job costing, purchasing, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Construction, industrial services, oil & gas, or project-based business experience preferred.
• Experience with job costing, WIP, and project accounting.
• ERP implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accurate reporting.
• Develop job-costing and project profitability reporting across divisions.
• Oversee sales tax compliance and reconciliations.
• Lead ERP implementation and data migration project.
• Manage FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Establish internal controls and oversee audits.
