Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction accounting, strong ERP skills (Vista by Viewpoint preferred), and a track record of managing month-end close processes and job costing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years commercial construction accounting management experience.
• Experience with job costing and WIP reporting.
• Strong ERP experience and ability to own month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Record AR deposits and manage ERP postings.
• Oversee 3rd party claims and balance sheet fluctuations.
• Prepare annual financial plans, statements, and audits.
