Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services/association management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting policies and internal controls to minimize risk.
• Oversee financial services accounting and reporting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements with variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for planning.
• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors and regulators.
• Manage cash flow, investments and financial risks.
• Provide insights to leadership for growth opportunities.
• Mentor accounting team and manage performance.
