Responsibilities

• Manage day to day accounting, finance and HR requirements.
• Prepare financial reporting for CEO and executives.
• Coordinate with CPA on annual filings and audits.
• Oversee biweekly payroll processing and tax withholdings.
• Maintain vendor and customer files; renew insurance policies.
• Partner with leadership to optimize cash flow and controls.
