Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Financial Controller to lead functional controlling, budgeting, and headcount monitoring for the Americas. You will partner with the Commercial function, deliver timely P&L and dashboards, and ensure alignment with central controlling standards from Europe.

The role requires 6+ years in financial controlling, strong SAP FI/CO experience, and proficiency with BI tools. Onsite in Georgia with hybrid flexibility and opportunities for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related analytic field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate financial controlling, cost accounting, or performance management.
• Proven track record in closing, budgeting, forecast mapping, and overhead control.
• Deep SAP FI/CO knowledge; strong BI/reporting and Google Workspace skills.

Responsibilities

• Core Function Controlling & Financial Governance: manage cost centers, Opex, headcount, and reporting aligned with targets.
• Commercial Business Partnering: support central controlling methodologies and margin targets for commercial operations.
• MMIP Project Contribution: help define end-to-end financial processes and harmonize inventory valuation and ERP configurations.
