Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Functions Controlling lead to coordinate planning and cost control across North America. You will drive operating cost reporting, budgeting, and the Operating Plan process, collaborating with accounting, tax, treasury, HR, and executive leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional communication, and experience with SAP, Google Suite, Tableau, and Gemini to automate reporting and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and controlling for Corporate Functions across North America.
• Prepare monthly operating costs reports by cost centers and functions.
• Support five-year operating budget and AOP processes with department leadership.
• Lead AI improvement and cross-functional use cases with Digital and Finance Transformation teams.
• Oversee end-to-end controlling processes and documentation.
