Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Finance Team in Peachtree City, Georgia. The role focuses on functional controlling, budget discipline, cost center management and headcount monitoring, partnering with the Commercial function to enable informed decision making.

You will deliver financial and management reports covering the Satair Americas region, ensuring consistency across blue and red channels and aligning reporting to group standards.

Qualifications

• Equipped with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related analytical field and 6+ years in corporate financial controlling.
• Experience in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management in a global distribution environment preferred.
• Strong SAP FI/CO, BI reporting capabilities and proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Own functional controlling and drive strict budget discipline, cost center management and headcount monitoring.
• Act as business partner to Commercial function and provide financial insights to leadership.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and operating planning cycles; perform variance analyses.
• Ensure internal controls, governance and reporting consistency across regions.
• Support MMIP project by aligning financial processes and structures.
