Zusammenfassung

Twenty-Six Defense in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Financial Analyst to drive revenue, cost, and profitability analysis for the Warfighter Systems division. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Program Management to deliver actionable financial insights and support decision-making.

Key duties include monthly revenue and COGS reconciliations, revenue recognition, project setup, analysis of manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and ensuring GAAP/SOX controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA a plus
• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience; revenue and cost accounting a plus
• Experience with ASC 606, GAAP, SOX controls, and ERP systems (Infor preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Advanced MS Excel with complex formulas and pivot tables

Aufgaben

• Generate accurate revenue, orders, COGS reports and reconcile revenue-related accounts
• Lead monthly Revenue & COGS reconciliations and revenue recognition processes
• Set up new projects in the financial system and reconcile revenue, cost, and invoicing
• Manage POCC accounting for government projects; prepare related journal entries
• Analyze manufacturing costs and identify cost drivers for efficiency
• Maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead
• Assist with inventory valuation and periodic reconciliations
• Support quarterly inventories and weekly cycle counts; bond stock reviews
• Conduct monthly closings and reconciliations; utilize BlackLine
• Ensure GAAP/SOX compliance and support internal/external audits
• Collaborate with Finance & IT on legacy ERP and Infor ERP at Roanoke
