Job summary

Elbit Systems of America, LLC seeks a Financial Analyst III to drive FP&A, pricing, and program finance across Warfighter Systems. You will provide monthly forecasts, analyze backlogs and profitability, and partner with BD, engineering, and operations to support program success.

The role reports to the Warfighter Systems Senior FP&A Manager in Roanoke, VA and requires data-driven, cross-functional collaboration to influence decision making and improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of Finance work experience in FP&A or similar.
• Defense contracting experience and knowledge of government cost principles (FAR/DFARS/CAS) is a plus.
• Strong Excel modeling and data interpretation; high accuracy and big‑picture thinking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with FP&A reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis for orders/backlog, revenue, gross profit, and cash metrics.
• Consolidate data and metrics for monthly reviews with leadership; support Sales/Orders forecasts and risk/opportunity reviews.
• Partner with Business Development, Product Line Management, Engineering and Program Management on budgeting, CapEx, IRAD, and PBP forecasting.
