Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFA, or CMA preferred; Manufacturing Experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards with internal control mindset.
• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office; advanced Excel; analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Support month, quarter, and year-end close processes per GAAP.
• Assist monthly accruals and reconciliations; variance explanations.
• Produce ad hoc reports from S4 Hana Public Cloud.
• Support forecast, budget, and business plan; lead monthly forecast collection.
• Collaborate with corporate finance for report consolidation; variance analysis vs prior periods.
• Partner with operations to ensure forecast accuracy; monitor cost drivers and risks.
• Analyze supplier cost changes and evaluate financial impact; track implementation costs.
• Provide financial input for program reviews and cross-functional communications.
