The role emphasizes advanced financial analysis, cost accounting, forecasting, and BI tools to drive profitability and operational excellence. You will work with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Leadership teams to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic finance support to manufacturing operations and projects.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to drive profitability and productivity.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and financial reporting.
• Analyze project performance, P&L, and balance sheet variances against budgets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
